The 1 And Only is a Christian Family Restaurant and Lending Library. They serve a Strictly All Natural & Organic Cuisine, with about 95% of the ingredients being Organic and the remaining All Natural.

They use Sustainable Cleaning Supplies and To-Go Packaging. Linen napkins are used instead of paper ones for dining in. The Hand Soap in the Restroom is organic. They use a recycling program and have minimized the "trash" to nearly none. They are recycling their fryer oil and composting the compostable food ingredients. They recycle used equipment and supplies.

The 1 And Only is Truly Unique. The tables narrate the first twelve books of the Bible. Sit in the middle of the Battle of Jericho or in Ruth’s Grain Fields & make the Bible comes alive. They are located an older section of St. Ann, no fancy buildings just excellent quality food that won't make you sick with toxins.

A wonderful Bakery waits inside. They grind the grains to make their Whole Wheat and Multi-Grain Breads.
