I eat the newer leaves mostly and all the flowers and seed pods...I blend some of the extra vegetation in raw dressings that are like thick stews over rice or pasta mostly. Sometimes I make a wheat grass smoothie with raw fresh honey, 2 tbsps of wheat grass juice, a few moldive leaves, pods, flowers, spearmint, and drink with lots of added water...Normal people like this drink....WOW! It's really a hard-core green pre-exercise or post-exercise, pre-meal type of drink...!
