I do eat a few of the weeds from my garden. But I would like to know if they are safe. I have been eating dandelion shoots. I make tea with the stem and flower. Purslane,lambs quarters too. But there is one plant, narrow leaves with a dark patch on the leaves. I see them in the Chinese store but I don't know the name. If you can, show me a picture and let me know if they are edible.
